Implementation
Understanding your current position
When you enter into a partnership with Comensura, we take a good, hard look at your organisation, finding where efficiencies, savings and process improvements are possible. This first consultancy step is free. It can take as little as 45 working days to complete, and there is no obligation to your organisation.
We call this stage ‘Current Condition Analysis’. It’s aimed at letting us understand your needs, and then tailor a solution for your organisation, so we can effectively improve your procurement process.
As part of our Current Condition Analysis, we:
- Calculate the direct cost of procurement in a particular area (e.g. temporary recruitment) across your organisation
- Work out the amount of management time spent on procurement and administration, such as timesheet processing and raising purchase orders
- Identify any areas of risk to which you are exposed
- Estimate the savings you can expect as a result of implementing a Comensura solution
When we’ve completed the Current Condition Analysis, and you’ve agreed to work with us, we will draw up a tailored programme, which aims to reduce your costs and deliver significant back office efficiencies. Once we have your go-ahead, the countdown to going ‘live’ with Comensura takes just 45 working days.
Project Management
The Current Condition Analysis will be overseen and implemented by your Comensura Account Manager and their team. Your contact with the Account Manager will continue throughout implementation, becoming an enduring relationship with Comensura. Your Account Manager will provide day-to-day contact, in conjunction with our client support services, and will be responsible for administering the balanced scorecard, resolving any issues and, if appropriate, training your C.net users.
Training
Full introductory user training is provided by our team of dedicated trainers supported by our Account Managers, on implementation. Further training for people new to your organisation and needing to use C.net can be arranged as and when required.
We also have a team dedicated to your suppliers, whose responsibilities include Supplier training.
