At the centre of our programme is our leading-edge technology platform, C.net. It’s a powerful tool, which automates processes such as ordering, time sheet submission and invoicing, as well as providing rich management information to support your strategic decisions. It’s online 24/7, so you can use it whenever the need arises.
System issues are managed within the system architecture in order to ensure speedy resolutions to user problems and difficulties, and are reportable by client.
Comensura Service Centre
Although C.net is internet-based, you are also supported by our specialist service centre. This enables ordering managers who don’t have internet access to access suppliers through the Comensura programme.
Our service centre provides you with:
- Expert 24 hour support, 365 days a year
- Sector-specific teams
- Dedicated call number
Account Management Team
As one of our clients, you will be supported by an experienced team of Account Managers. They will take care of your day to day relationship with Comensura, including:
- Training your staff
- Resolving any disputes or issues
- Administering the balanced scorecard
Supplier Management Team
We also have a team dedicated to your suppliers, whose responsibilities include:
- Supplier training
- Implementing supplier audits
